PACS Viewer OsiriX PRO for Lion is now available with new Features
(firmenpresse) - With the new certified OsiriX PRO Workstation with 64-bit and CE-Label as medical device class IIb, aycan Digitalsysteme GmbH emphasizes its competence in digital image processing once more. Besides bug fixes, new innovations are also implemented in the latest version.
The most important features are:
1. OS X Lion support
OsiriX PRO V 2.0.8 was optimized, tested and released for the new OS X Lion. Additionally, it still can be used with Snow Leopard.
2. 4D ROI Statistics
Extension of the ability for the analysis of MR- and CT multiphase series e.g. for breast MRI assessment. Simple visualization of the distribution progress of contrast medium over time.
3. DICOMizer
Comfortable conversion of JPEG image files into the DICOM format including the automated import of existing patient data.
4. Image distribution with the iPad
Transparent autorouting of DICOM studies to the iPad, even if the iPad is in a different network. The iPad app 'aycan mobile' is available for free in the Apple App Store.
