Rick Brutti Appointed CEO of United Bullion Exchange

(PINKSHEETS: UBEX) (the "Company") today announced today that they have appointed Rick Brutti, a longtime entrepreneur, business executive and co-host of a radio show for entrepreneurs, as CEO to lead growth initiatives. This includes the acquisition, exploration, development, mining, and production of mineral properties in the United States.
Rick Brutti has assisted numerous companies with financial and strategic consulting. Mr. Brutti was formerly the CFO of New Balance and a management consultant with Ernst and Young. Mr. Brutti was also the President of New England Ringside, a sports marketing company, from 2004-2007. Prior to that he merged his consumer products company Rephresh Inc. with Tasker Products Inc. in 2002. He has an MBA from Boston College and an accounting degree from Bentley University.
