Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund Announces August 2011 Distribution
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH CLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/09/11 -- Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund (the "Fund")(TSX: BPF.UN) announced today a cash distribution to unitholders of 9.2 cents per unit for August 2011. This is the second monthly distribution to be declared at the rate of 9.2 cents per month since the trustees of the Fund announced the largest single distribution increase in the history of the Fund, which was effective for the July distribution and paid on August 31, 2011. As announced on August 10, 2011, the Fund has increased the monthly distribution amount by 0.8 cents from the previous rate of 8.4 cents per unit or $1.008 per unit on an annualized basis to 9.2 cents per unit or $1.104 per unit on an annualized basis, which translates into an increase of 9.5%.The August distribution will be payable to unitholders of record at the close of business on September 21, 2011 and will be paid on September 30, 2011. The Fund periodically reviews distribution levels based on its policy of stable and sustainable distribution flow to unitholders.
The trustees of the Fund have approved the contents of this news release.
