Waterfront Tagalong Condos to Sell at Real Estate Auction
(firmenpresse) - BIRCHWOOD, WI -- (Marketwire) -- 09/02/11 -- Sixteen condos at the will be sold at auction on September 17 with minimum bids starting at $49,900. Ten of the units, which were originally priced as high $410,000, are waterfront while the remaining six units have views of Red Cedar Lake and sit on the Tagalong Golf Course. J. P. King Auction Company, which specializes in high-end real estate, will conduct the sale.
The auction is being conducted as a final inventory liquidation for the available condos in the Tayside and Stonehaven buildings. The units, which each have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, feature high-end amenities and spectacular views overlooking the 1,850-acre Red Cedar Lake.
The condominiums are located with the Tagalong Golf Course, which is an 18-hole course designed after St. Andrews Links. Other condo amenities include an indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness facility and a fire pit grilling area.
"We've sold nearly 70 condos in Wisconsin in the past 24 months, and these units are as nice as any I've seen," said Craig King, president and CEO of J. P. King Auction Company. "The recreation that the lake brings just enhances the appeal of an already stunning unit."
While J. P. King conducts auctions all over the United States, the 16 units being offered on September 17 add to the 68 lakefront, luxury condominiums J. P. King has sold since 2009 in Wisconsin.
The auction will take place on Saturday, September 17 at 11 a.m. at the Tagalong Golf and Resort at 2855 29th Avenue in Birchwood. Up to 90 percent financing will be available for qualified bidders.
