American Realty Advisors Earns Prestigious International Toby Award for Los Angeles Office Building
(firmenpresse) - GLENDALE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/31/11 -- American Realty Advisors announced today that 21900 Burbank Boulevard, a premier office building located in Los Angeles, has been awarded commercial real estate's most prestigious award -- The 2011 Office Building of the Year® (TOBY), in the under 100,000 sf category. The BOMA International TOBY Awards recognizes excellence in office building management and operations worldwide. To achieve the international award, the office building first won both local and regional competitions. Judging was based on community impact, tenant/employee relations programs, energy management systems, accessibility for the disabled, emergency evacuation procedures, building personnel training programs and overall quality indicators. A team of industry professionals also conducted a comprehensive building inspection.
21900 Burbank Boulevard has been owned by American on behalf of one of its institutional clients since 2002, and is currently managed by PM Realty Group.
