Leo Acquisitions Corp. Announces Closing of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/31/11 -- Leo Acquisitions Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LEQ.P) wishes to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement of 500,000 common shares at an issue price of $0.10 per share for gross proceeds of $50,000. The shares are subject to a statutory four-month hold period. Proceeds from the financing will be used by the Company to identify and evaluate assets or businesses for acquisition with a view to completing a Qualifying Transaction (within the meaning of TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.4 - Capital Pool Companies).
