(TSX: WFS)(TSX: WFS.PR.A) has declared a quarterly distribution on its preferred shares in the amount of $0.13125 payable on September 30, 2011 to shareholders of record on September 15, 2011, ex-dividend date of September 13, 2011. To the extent that any portion of the distributions are ordinary taxable dividends and not capital gains dividends, they will be eligible dividends.
