Fireswirl Announces Stock Option Grant
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/29/11 -- Fireswirl Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE: FSW) ("the Company") today announced that it is granting, in aggregate, 400,000 new options exercisable on or before August 29, 2016 with an exercise price of $0.15 per common share to directors, officers and employees of the Company pursuant to the Company's stock option plan increasing its outstanding options to 1,279,000 (2.87% of the Company's issued shares). The options will vest over a two year period from the date of the grant and expire within five years in accordance with the Company's incentive stock option plan. The option grant is subject to regulatory approvals.
