Takedown Entertainment Signs Agreement With Xtreme Fighting Championship

() (OTCBB: TKDN), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights with the Xtreme Fighting Championship, plus certain rights to the brand and sponsorship representation.
The Xtreme Fighting Championship (XFC) is one of Louisiana's up and coming mixed martial arts promotions. Founded in 2006 by Anthony Baham, the XFC has produced shows featuring prominent MMA fighters such as Charlie Rader and Christian Fulgium who have since gone on to compete in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and the Bellator Fighting Championships. XFC's dedication to presenting top quality shows has garnered accolades from fighters and fans alike, solidifying the XFC as a primary part of Louisiana's MMA sports industry.
