(PINKSHEETS: GRDC) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Engineered Systems Incorporated (ESI), an Ontario corporation which is vertically integrated with related corporations in Shanghai, China and is involved in manufacturing, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of wind, biomass of power generation systems for industrial, commercial and residential applications. ESI has provided equipment to 4,800 MW of projects, globally.
