Its Nine Years and Counting at No. 1 for Bain & Company: Stroud Consulting Is the Best Small Firm to Work For

For the ninth consecutive year, Bain continues to outpace the competition in Consulting magazine's annual Best Firms to Work For survey. In 2011, the firm grabbed the top spot again by finishing first in five of the six facets of employee satisfaction: Firm Culture, Career Development, Compensation & Benefits, Client Engagement and Firm Leadership. Kearney, Booz Allen Hamilton, The Boston Consulting Group, Crowe Horwath, Deloitte Consulting, Ernst & Young, Huron Consulting Group, McKinsey & Company, Monitor, North Highland, Point B, PwC, and Slalom Consulting.
Meanwhile, The Best Small Firm to Work For was Stroud Consulting. Stroud, an operations management firm, has captured the top sport three of the last four years.
