Wellness Programs Target Executives & Company Leaders Striving to Be Healthier and Improve Quality of Life

According to CHP VP/Partner Jeremy Curtis, ExecTrack is a targeted, comprehensive solution created specifically to substantively address health issues common with high stress, leadership positions.
"The demands of being a corporate executive can result in an array of health challenges that don't just affect performance and productivity but quality of life, as well," Curtis explains. "It's imperative to invest in the wellness of those who are at the helm and heart of a company's operations."
The ExecTrack program runs for 12 weeks and is fully directed by an MD with support of certified, experienced coaches and wellness professionals. CHP developed the program in partnership with Dr. J. David Forbes to offer holistic, practical solutions for better living in tandem with achieving measurable improvements in key biometrics. The program is offered to individuals or small groups, incorporating educational sessions, personal training and one-to-one coaching on topics such as exercise, sleep, stress management, nutrition and life balance/connectedness.
