To broaden support for global HR and help increase employee productivity, Oracle today announced early delivery of features for associated with PeopleSoft HCM Feature Pack 2011.

Oracle is now offering new features in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.1 designed to support global payment standards (SEPA), improve employee visibility into their total compensation, support established standards for Learning Management, and facilitate deployment of PeopleSoft Time & Labor.

These features are being made available as part of Oracle's Feature Packs delivery method, which underscores its commitment to provide fresh functionality between major releases. The new features in PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM help customers on the current release tackle their pressing HR and business challenges in a more immediate timeframe.

Oracle is delivering the following new capabilities for PeopleSoft HCM 9.1:
