Takedown Entertainment Signs Agreement With X-1 World Events

() (OTCBB: TKDN), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights with X-1 World Events, plus certain rights to the brand and sponsorship representation.
Started in 2005 by Mike Miller as a means to employ the fighters he managed, X-1 World Events (X-1) has since become one of the largest mixed martial arts organizations in Hawaii. X-1 has produced over forty shows and has accumulated an impressive roster of fighters such as Shane Carwin, Brett Rodgers and Satoshi Ishii, who have gone on to fight for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Strikeforce and DREAM. X-1's success is founded on entertaining match making and broadcast-quality events, solidifying it as a Hawaiian MMA mainstay.
