(PINKSHEETS: GOHG) (OTCBB: GOHG) is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Bosonic Industrial Corporation and the formation of The Bosonic Industrial Corporation's Scientific Advisory Board. Bosonic Industrial Corporation develops technology for velocity dependent electrical energy harvesting to offer environmentally friendly alternatives to long-term, large-scale energy production for municipalities and private industry. The company also develops other green technology as well as advancements in homeland security. Bosonic, recently acquired by Global, has just received written confirmation of the addition of two scientists, John L. Palumbo, PhD, Graduate of Stoney Brook University in New Jersey, and Patryk Gumann, PhD, graduate of Darmstadt University of Technology, to Bosonic's Scientific Advisory Board.
Dr. Palumbo has extensive experience and peer-reviewed work in magic-angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance as well as x-ray crystallography. He is currently a chemistry teacher at the collegiate and high school level (dual-credit students). During his time as freelance scientific consultant he developed the following technologies: Solar Hot Water for start-up companies to deliver "green" heat to heated reaction vessels, researched and developed waste heat recycler for use in the home, developed low-tech, high efficiency window inserts as replacement to replacement windows
Dr. Gumann, a sought after physicist, has been around the world, from Germany to New Jersey to Japan, cultivating a rich background in physics, chemistry, and mathematics, through researching, speaking, and teaching at a variety of educational institutions. Dr. Gumann brings peer-reviewed experience both in low-temperature Helium-3 and Helium-4 physics, as well as field-cycling nuclear magnetic resonance and electromechanical engineering as only a portion of his qualifications.
