Medifocus Announces Filing of Annual Financial Statements and Applications to Have Cease Trade Orders Revoked and Trading Reinstated

These documents will be available for consultation under the Company's profile on SEDAR at .
Medifocus will apply for the revocation of the cease trade orders respectively issued by the Ontario Securities Commission on August 16, 2011 and the British Columbia Securities Commission on August 9, 2011. The Company will also apply to the TSX Venture Exchange for trading of its common shares to be reinstated. Medifocus also confirms that there is no undisclosed material change or material fact respecting its affairs.
