CURV Entertainment Group Completes Merger With Novamira, Changes Name to SuperBox, Inc.

(PINKSHEETS: CEGO) is pleased to announce it has completed its merger with Novamira Corp. and changed its name to SUPERBOX, INC. with the Nevada Secretary of State as previously announced in a press release dated August 12, 2011.

Additionally, the company has applied to FINRA for a name change to "SUPERBOX INC." and new ticker symbol. The company is waiting for FINRA's final review and ultimately confirmation of the effective date of the name change and new ticker symbol.
