Silver Peak Sues Riverbed for Patent Infringement

The claims were filed in a lawsuit Riverbed had previously initiated in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Silver Peak seeks to have Riverbed permanently enjoined from making and selling the features of Riverbed's Steelhead series appliances, Riverbed Operating System (RiOS) software, and related services that are accused of infringement.
