(TSX VENTURE: XDM) announces that, effective September 6, 2011 Michael Platz is relinquishing his position of Co-CEO to focus on his roles as Chairman of the Board and on the Management Committee and the Events Division management team.
The Board has appointed Michael Neuman, an existing director, as interim Managing Director.
