Pender West Investors Inc. Announces Securityholdings in Premium Brands Holdings Corporation of 16.4%
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/17/11 -- In accordance with Canadian regulatory requirements, Pender West Investors Inc. ("Pender West") announced today that it controls, both directly and indirectly (through two corporations related to Pender West, namely Rank Agra Capital Inc. and EP Canada Film Services Inc.), and exercises control and direction over, 3,025,169 Common Shares, or approximately 16.4% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Premium Brands Holdings Corporation ("Premium Brands") (TSX: PBH).
The Common Shares were acquired as a result of purchases made through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange involving Pender West, Rank Agra Capital Inc., and EP Canada Film Services Inc.
The securities of Pender West are held for investment purposes. Pender West's shareholdings may increase in the future based on the future acquisition of Common Shares by Pender West.
