(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/15/11 -- Charles G. Troup of San Antonio, Texas, reports that he has filed an early warning report dated August 15, 2011, advising of his holdings in Galore Resources Inc. ("Galore") pursuant to the requirements of applicable securities legislation.
Pursuant to a private placement completed August 5, 2011, Mr. Troup acquired ownership of 1,000,000 units of Galore. The shares comprised in the units, together with other shares of Galore held by Mr. Troup, represent approximately 14.77% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Galore as of August 5, 2011. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Troup holds a total of 11,340,500 shares of Galore and rights to acquire an additional 4,825,000 common shares upon the exercise of share purchase warrants held by him. In the event that the share purchase warrants are fully exercised, the holdings of Mr. Troup would represent approximately 19.82% of all issued and outstanding common shares of Galore, as of August 5, 2011 calculated on a partially diluted basis, assuming the exercise of only the share purchase warrants held by Mr. Troup.
These transactions were made for investment purposes and Mr. Troup could increase or decrease their holdings depending on market conditions or any other relevant factors.
