WHAT: Calgary-based 9D International's founder Michael Readwin has been developing and building affordable housing solutions for more than 12 years and its proven technology has now captured the attention of the Chilean government. The Chilean Minister of Housing and Urban Development will be traveling to Calgary, Canada for the first time for a live demonstration of their product, as the company seeks to help re-build 220,000 homes that were destroyed in the devastating earthquake and tsunami in February 2010.
9D structures are earthquake and termite proof; hurricane, tsunami and fire resistant; and are energy efficient and affordable, requiring little to no maintenance.
