("Red Star" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RSM.P) announces the resignation of Asha Reeves, as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Red Star, effective August 10, 2011. The board of directors would like to thank Ms. Reeves for her efforts over the course of her involvement with the Company, and wish her success in her future endeavours.
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Lewin as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective August 12, 2011. Mr. Lewin is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), who has held various positions including Chief Financial Officer, and Director, with public and private sector companies.
