(PINKSHEETS: EYSM) today announced that they will host a stockholder conference call at 4:15 EDT on Thursday August 18th, 2011. The Company also announced today that it has acquired the Internet domain name for the purpose of building a local B2B portal.
TheDirectory.com Founder and CEO Scott Gallagher commented, "I'm looking forward to reviewing our future growth plans with stockholders relating to our acquisition and $2.3 million debt reduction as we seek to transform our organization into an industry leading, profitable enterprise.
