(firmenpresse) - AJAX, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/10/11 -- The Board of Directors of Automodular Corporation (TSX: AM) has appointed Christopher Nutt as President of the Company effective immediately. Michael Blair will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer until his scheduled retirement December 31, 2011.
Automodular Corporation will announce a new Chief Financial Officer in due course.
Automodular Corporation is a supplier of sub-assembly, sequencing and transportation services to Ford's Oakville Assembly Plant. The Company has two operating facilities and employs approximately 500 people.
