(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/09/11 -- Peter Wallace of 98 Blythwood Road, Toronto, Ontario, M4N 1A4 has announced today that he acquired 473,088 common shares of Brompton Corp. ("Brompton"), bringing his total holdings in Brompton to 625,540 common shares or approximately 19.99% of the total common shares outstanding. The holdings represent an equity interest of 0.40% in Brompton. The shares were purchased at the price of CAD $0.272 per share. The shares were acquired in the ordinary course of his investment activities and he may purchase or sell securities of Brompton in the future depending on market conditions and other factors material to his investment decisions.
