OZZ Clean Energy Acquires Sunwave Gas
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/09/11 -- OZZ Clean Energy Inc., a leading developer and integrator of carbon-free solar power systems is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sunwave Gas Inc. ("Sunwave"). Sunwave, an independent provider of commercial/industrial natural gas and electricity, was founded by industry veterans Nino Silvestri and Steve Plummer. As part of the acquisition, Mr. Silvestri and Mr. Plummer will become President and EVP Operations respectively of OZZ Clean Energy's newly-formed Gas and Power division. With the addition of Sunwave, OZZ Clean Energy continues to execute on its strategy of building a diversified portfolio of low and no-carbon energy options for customers.
