(TSX: EFL) announced today that it will report third quarter fiscal year 2011 financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 before market open on Monday, August 15, 2011. Electrovaya will hold a conference call on August 15, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to discuss the Company's financial results and provide a business update.
