Sprott Resource Lending Corp. to Host Second Quarter Conference Call on August 12, 2011

(the "Company") (TSX: SIL)(NYSE Amex: SILU) will report its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2011 prior to TSX market open on Friday, August 12, 2011, and plans a conference call to follow.
The call will be hosted by Peter Grosskopf, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Jim Grosdanis, Chief Financial Officer, and will take place at 11 a.m. ET on Friday, August 12, 2011. The call can be accessed live by dialing 416-644-3416.
