RT Minerals Commences Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on August 5, 2011

("RTM" / the "Company") (CNSX: RTM)(TSX VENTURE: RTM) is pleased to announce that its common shares have been approved for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). RTM has commenced trading on the TSXV under the symbol "RTM" at the opening on August 5, 2011.

Clark, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said, "Advancing our listing to the TSXV is a milestone achievement for RTM that recognizes RTM's ability to finance and advance its development plan for the 100% owned Bazooka and McWatters gold properties, Quebec, as well as RTM's 25% option in the Meunier property where current drilling is testing the potential down plunge extension of Lake Shore Gold Corp.
