(PINKSHEETS: SNRS) announced today that due to non-performance on proof of funds from the buyer to purchase the company's provisional patent, Sunrise Consulting Group, Inc. has decided not to proceed with further due diligence and has also decided to cancel the sale of its provisional patent. This patent involves the "Solar Cooled Back Pack with Internal Frame." This solar backpack will automatically cool the drinking water for all of the militaries in the overheated weather in the Middle East. There are roughly about 1M soldiers in the Middle East.
Failure to close this transaction will result in not purchasing any of the outstanding shares at a premium. The company plans to continue updates to its shareholders and customers as more news becomes available.
