Takedown Entertainment Signs Agreement With the United Fighting Federation

() (OTCBB: TKDN), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights with the United Fighting Federation, plus certain rights to the brand and sponsorship representation.
The United Fighting Federation (UFF) is the premiere mixed martial arts promotion in Kansas. With eight shows in two years, the UFF has proven itself to be a staple in the heartland of combat sports focusing on smooth productions, top notch talent and highly entertaining MMA events. The UFF has plans to expand beyond Kansas into Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Nebraska in 2012. This expansion will cement their status as they will be on pace to produce twelve MMA shows a year.
The United Fighting Federation President Tony Dong asserted, "We want to be seen on a national level as the organization that the greatest MMA fighters in the United States got their start in. We want to be the stepping stone to the UFC and Strikeforce and currently there is no organization doing that. We're here to fill that void. A television contract would be one of the more important steps to meet that goal. This is why partnering with Takedown is so important. Takedown Entertainment will provide us with the quality television production and greater media exposure we need. The alliance with Takedown will get us where we want to go."
