Prometric Automates Additional Applications for Testing Programs

Candidates of the following test programs will now be able to visit the Prometric website to complete and submit online applications for their test programs:
Arkansas Nursing Assistant Competency Exams
Connecticut Nurse Aide Competency Exams
Delaware Nurse Aide Competency Exams
City of Cleveland Exams
Connecticut Cosmetology/Barber Exam
Florida Construction Catalog Exams
National Construction Catalog Exams
New Jersey Cosmetology Exams
Using the new online application process, students of these programs can substantially reduce turn-around times for the processing of their exam applications while having a more direct, "self service" experience. Candidates who provide Prometric with an e-mail address on their online application will experience even faster service, as they can not only submit applications online, but will receive e-mail confirmations with exam details instead of waiting for a letter in the mail.
"Minimizing the back-and-forth between candidates and Prometric substantially cuts down on the time it takes to process applications," said Charles Kernan, chief operations officer at Prometric. "Offering an option that allows candidates to have a hands-on role in speeding up their own process is very customer-focused, and we hope that we are helping to make their exam process easier by rolling out these improvements.
