Integrated Freight Appoints Matthew Veal as Vice President and Treasurer

Mr. Veal is a seasoned financial professional with over twenty years of experience in leadership positions in public and private companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of , Inc. from its inception in 2004. From 2004 to 2010, he served on the board and as acting Chief Financial Officer (2004 to 2006) for . From 1996 until 2004 Mr. Veal was Chief Financial Officer of Tampa Bay Financial, Inc., a Florida-based venture capital firm, and served as Chief Financial Officer and on the board of directors of its subsidiaries, DNAPrint Genomics, Inc. and . From 1990 until 1996 he served in several executive positions, including Controller and Chief Financial Officer for Teltronics Group, a Sarasota, Florida-based telecom equipment manufacturer. Mr. Veal is a graduate of the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida.
