Atlantis Systems Corp. Announces Change of Auditors
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/02/11 -- Atlantis Systems Corp. (NEX: AIQ.H), a globally recognized training integrator in the military and commercial aviation markets, today announced that its Board of Directors, on recommendation of the Audit Committee, has appointed Deloitte & Touche, LLP, Halifax ("Deloitte") as the Company's new independent auditors, replacing the firm MNP LLP, ("MNP"). The decision to change auditors was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and MNP on any matter of accounting principals or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
The Company confirms that there have been no reportable events as defined in the National Instrument 51-102, Continuous Disclosure Obligations, and, in its opinion, there are no reportable events pending.
In accordance with National Instrument 51-102, the Company has filed a Notice of Change of Auditor ("Notice") and has received a response letter from the Former Auditor confirming their agreement with the information provided in the Notice. The Company has also received a response from the Successor Auditor confirming their agreement with the information provided in the Notice. The Notice and response letters have been filed on SEDAR.
