MRED Customers to Gain Benefit of Down Payment Resource and The Thing
(firmenpresse) - LISLE, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 08/01/11 -- Inman News™ (Inman) has announced its 2011 Innovator Awards winners, and the customers of nominee Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) will soon benefit from two Inman awards recipients.
Inman's Most Innovative New Technology of 2011 is Down Payment Resource (). Launched by Workforce Resource in 2009, is a web tool that connects eligible homebuyers and eligible properties with government-funded programs for down payment assistance, rehab loans and other loan programs. The product helps bridge the gap for prospective homebuyers and move real estate transactions forward in a difficult lending environment. This month, MRED is introducing as an integrated part of its MLS system and offering it as a part of data feeds that brokers and agents can use on their own web sites.
Inman's Most Innovative MLS or Real Estate Trade Association Award for 2011 was given to the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors®. A division of the association, 10K Research and Marketing, launched in July, 2010. It is an interactive real estate data tool through which local housing data can be analyzed by metrics such as median sales price and days on market, for property types including existing homes, foreclosures and new construction. MRED is introducing as an integrated part of its MLS system later this month.
