Pediatric Nursing Certification Board Extends Contract With Prometric for Test Development Services
(firmenpresse) - BALTIMORE, MD -- (Marketwire) -- 08/01/11 -- Prometric, trusted provider of market-leading test development and delivery solutions, today announced that the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB), the largest nonprofit organization for pediatric nursing which offers nationally acclaimed certification, has extended their contract with Prometric to include test development services.
Prometric's Test Development Solutions group, newly formed to provide an even higher level of support for test development clients, will immediately begin facilitating a number of Test Development services for PNCB. Prometric will be conducting job analyses using PNCB's subject matter experts to identify key responsibility and competency areas required for effective performance in the profession, as well as conducting exam item writing and item review workshops. In addition, the team will leverage Prometric's proprietary item banking tool, Intelitest, to house all new and existing test items to develop certification exam forms.
