(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 07/29/11 -- Ameristar Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASCA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.105 per share, payable on September 15, 2011 to stockholders of record as of August 31, 2011.
