Pitchblack Grants Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/29/11 -- Pitchblack Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: PIT) ("Pitchblack" or the "Company") announces that it has 350,000 options to acquire such number of common shares at an exercise price of $0.28 expiring five years from the date of grant. The options shall vest immediately, subject to the four month regulatory hold period. The grant of options is subject to regulatory approval, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Pitchblack has uranium, coal and gold assets in the Yukon Territory, Canada. The Company is currently reviewing the potential of these properties but does not plan any extensive field work in 2011 and may seek to sell its interest in the properties.
