Originating from Piedmont, Italy, the well-known Michelin Starred guest chef, Osvaldo Forlino, is gearing up to prepare an array of wholesome, hearty, authentic Northern-Italian dishes especially for diners at this . There is always something to satisfy every palate during a meal like this. A five-course dinner menu, priced at HK$675 with a 10% service charge, will cover classics such as vitello tonnato, risotto with asparagus creamed with butter and parmigiano, tagliatelle with porcini mushroom sauce, stewed lamb shank with mashed potato and vegetables caponata and the all-time favorite, tiramisu. What's more, each dish is pairing with a glass of Michelle Chiarlo fine wine from Italy's Piedmont region which is carefully selected by the wine expert.
Inspired by his family, Chef Forlino started his culinary career at the family-owned restaurant "Forlino". Chef Forlino creates his personal way of cooking with a mix of the regions in Northern Italy covering the Piedmont, from Liguria and Lombardia to Emilia-Romagna. Chef Forlino's career spans the globe as he has worked in places from Italy and America to England and Singapore. He was the Executive Chef at One Fullerton, Singapore and more recently decided to open a new venture, his own restaurant, "No Menu", which is one of the must-go eateries in Singapore.
Regarded as Italy's new food capital, Piedmont is known for rich dishes featuring truffles and cream sauces, but it's also Italy's most culinary progressive region.
