TicketNetwork Advisory -- Demand for Lollapalooza Tickets Rises More Than 230%

The festival's second day, on August 6, saw the greatest increase in tickets bought, with over 460% more sold than last year. Sales of three-day passes rose by 179%.
The increased demand for tickets may be related to the lineup of performers, as the second day of Lollapalooza will feature rapper Eminem as a headliner. The superstar most recently dominated ticket sales on the exchange last September, when he co-headlined four shows in The Bronx and Detroit with fellow hip-hop performer .
