(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 07/28/11 -- EV Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: EVEP) today announced a cash distribution attributable to the second quarter of 2011 of $0.761 per unit for all of its outstanding units. The distribution will be payable on August 12, 2011, to unit holders of record at the close of business on August 8, 2011.
