NWP Services Corporation Completes Sierra Utility Billing Services Transition
(firmenpresse) - IRVINE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/28/11 -- NWP Services Corporation (NWP), a leading provider of smart solutions to lower operating and utility costs for the multifamily housing industry, today announced it has successfully completed the transition of Sierra Utility Billing Services (Sierra) customers to its billing platform, NWP 11.0. This transition was completed on schedule following the acquisition of the company.

On September 27, 2010, NWP acquired the assets of Sierra, an Austin, Texas-based provider of utility and specialty billing services, including energy management and meter installation and maintenance, to apartment communities across the U.S. The company has now successfully completed its second acquisition and customer transition during the last 14 months.
