National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare Turns to Crowdsourcing to Kick Off First National Campaign in More Than a Decade

GeniusRocket solicited 28 extraordinary ideas from its community of more than 300 teams over the course of two weeks. One idea was chosen to enter production, and the advertisement was filmed, edited, and finalized in less than two days. The full ad can be viewed here:

The advertisement aired on NBC's Meet The Press on Sunday, July 17, and will continue to air on national television as debate continues among Congress regarding spending cuts to manage the nation's ongoing debt crisis.

"Jam Session" is also the first advertisement to be distributed online by GeniusRocket through a new partnership with TubeMogul, a leading video advertising platform. GeniusRocket will deliver more than 190,000 views of the video on social media sites such as Facebook and YouTube, and elsewhere on the web.
