(the "Company") (NASDAQ: SHIP) (NASDAQ: SHIPW) announced today that it will release its results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2011 before the market opens in New York on Tuesday, August 9, 2011.
On the same day, Tuesday, August 9, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. EDT, the Company's management team will host a conference call to discuss the financial results.
