(firmenpresse) - PHOENIX, AZ -- (Marketwire) -- 07/28/11 -- EastBridge Investment Group (EBIG) (OTCBB: EBIG) (OTCQB: EBIG) announced today that its client, Tsingda Education, has engaged a new, well-known underwriter and brokerage firm in New York to take it public on a primary stock exchange in September, 2011.
Mr. Norm Klein, CFO/COO of EastBridge, commented, "We are very happy to see that a new underwriting engagement agreement is signed right on the heels of Tsingda's latest infusion of $13.68 million from a private equity fund, giving the stock a new valuation of $4.56 per share.
