CFIA/Allergy Alert: Undeclared Milk in Certain M&M Meat Shops Brand Sorbet Products Manufactured by Dorgel Ltd.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is warning people with allergies to milk not to consume the M&M Meat Shops brand sorbet products described below. The affected products may contain milk which is not declared on the label.
The following M&M Meat Shops brand sorbet products, sold in 700 ml containers, are affected by this alert:
These products have been distributed nationally.
There has been one reported allergic reaction associated with the consumption of these products.
Consumption of these products may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to milk.
The manufacturer, Dorgel Ltd., Woodbridge, ON, is voluntarily recalling the affected products from the marketplace. The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
