with the announcement of a new corporate subsidiary in Frankfurt, Germany. Driven by an
increased market demand for software solutions that deliver fast, flexible and actionable
customer and employee feedback, the new office will provide German businesses a
proven, local partner able to help them conduct comprehensive feedback and research
programs.

The new Confirmit Frankfurt office is scheduled to open in August 2011. Until then,

existing EMEA offices.

platform in 2010, with two billion questionnaire pages delivered annually. The company
forecasts unprecedented volumes in 2011 as both the Market Research and Feedback
