(PresseBox) - Innovations in the areas energy, sensors, condition monitoring and real-time-communication are on Draka?s newest test track. This topic will be discussed at our annual Cable Day, 25-26 May 2011. Different presentations will outline the use of cables in different application fields.
Fibre-optical sensors in flexible power cables, connectors for medium-voltage with integrated fibre-optical plug and socket device and the new Draka Lifetime Prediction System DLPS ? various speakers will present the latest innovations and invite you to interesting discussions.
A visit of our new test track for reeling cables and cables in chain applications will demonstrate an application of innovative cable solutions.
Furthermore, we will inform you about our latest product innovations and take you on a factory tour.
