Genesis Invest AG new on XETRA (GN0.DE) in continuous trading
(PresseBox) - Genesis Invest AG informs that effective March 1st, 2011 the bearer shares are traded continuously from 9.00-5.30 pm on Deutsche Börse's fully electronic pan-European trading platform XETRA (www.xetra.com). This through appointment of equinet Bank AG as the company's designated sponsor. The new ticker is GN0.DE.
Equinet commits itself to provide liquidity by continuously giving quotes, both bid as ask prices. Furthermore equinet will support the company with providing information to national and international investors. Equinet's quoting activities will enhance the quality of the order book and trading. This will lead to a reduction of the volatility as well as disappearing of the "illiquidity-discount". The company expects that most liquidity will be traded on XETRA from now on and recommends investors to trade on XETRA if feasible. XETRA stands for a competitive and transparent market ensuring tight spreads and low transaction costs. Note that both market orders as well as limit orders will be possible.
Genesis Invest AG would like to inform as well that it is working on moving up from the Open Market (First Quotation Board) to Entry Standard segment. The company wishes to supply more information to investors and has started a more open and transparent information policy by providing the recently launched new website, which will also be available in further languages soon.
Also, In the near future the company will investigate an additional enhancement of tradability of its shares, e.g. dual-listing on a Swiss exchange and/or Multilateral Trading Facilities.
